Our culture is grounded in mutual respect

At Customertimes, we cultivate a culture of shared respect — for both our colleagues and our clients. We value transparency and constructive feedback, which enable us to deliver excellent customer service and create a fulfilling workplace for our team.

To gain a deeper understanding of our CTzens' work experience globally, we regularly run an Employee Satisfaction Survey. By measuring engagement, motivation, and satisfaction, we gain valuable insights into what's working well and identify areas for improvement. These insights drive us to build on our positive culture and enhance the well-being of our team.

Flexible working schedule

In a fast-paced world, we believe it's important to give our employees the space they need to find a balanced work-life dynamic. That's why we offer flexible working hours and the choice to work on-site, fully remote, or find their unique balance between the two — whatever best supports their well-being and productivity.

Employee Assistance Program

Supporting well-being is one of our core values, so we've partnered with Rozumiu, a corporate well-being platform. Through our Employee Assistance Program, CTzens have access to confidential online consultations with experienced specialists across fields including psychology, nutrition, legal, and finance. This program provides support in overcoming personal challenges and enhancing overall wellness.

In addition, we launched a webinar series covering topics that promote resilience and mental health, such as adapting to change, conflict resolution, positive thinking, recharging, and tackling procrastination.

World Mental Health Day

To highlight the importance of mental well-being on World Mental Health Day, we invited CTzens to create a CTzens Dopamine Menu — a list of activities they can turn to when feeling down, needing a break, or a motivation boost. Divided into sections for different needs and times, the menu is designed to bring more joy and relaxation into daily life.

Run Rome Marathon

This March, our team embarked on an unforgettable experience at the Run Rome Marathon. Our CTzens showcased their endurance and enjoyed a unique perspective on Rome's timeless beauty and rich history.

#CTSallyUpChallenge

In May, CTzens joined the #CTSallyUpChallenge, an energetic challenge to Moby's song "Flower," where participants did squats or push-ups in sync with the music. Following the lyrics, CTzens rose to the challenge, showing amazing stamina and dedication. It was inspiring to see everyone giving their best and connecting across countries like Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Montenegro, and Argentina.

Montenegro
Business Run

Also in June, our CTzens took on the Montenegro Business Run, a 5 km team race and the largest corporate sporting event in Montenegro. We're thrilled to share that our team placed 7th out of 129 teams, demonstrating our spirit and determination.

International
Yoga Day

In June, CTzens from around the world celebrated International Yoga Day with two invigorating sessions. From Canada to Argentina, Ukraine, and beyond, we practiced yoga together, fostering physical and mental well-being. Our expert instructor led us through effective yoga exercises, helping us relieve back and neck tension that often comes with a desk job.

Creating a sense of belonging

Life is more than just work, and we know that having fun together is essential to maintaining a happy workplace. We believe in building genuine connections, celebrating global and local holidays, and recognizing personal milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays. These moments allow us to embrace each other's achievements and celebrate together.

Team gatherings

At Customertimes, we organize regular team events to create bonds beyond work tasks, even in a remote setting. These gatherings help colleagues connect, recharge, learn something new, and support mental health, which is crucial for productivity. Whether it's a picnic, a bowling game, a brunch, or a terrace gathering, we design these moments to build human connections across our locations.

Games and celebrations

Winter MagiCTime

To bring light to the winter season and spread a festive mood, we launched the Winter MagiCTime campaign. We created a fun calendar of daily festive activities for CTzens to enjoy together!

The activities included sharing favorite holiday songs, movies, memes, festive dishes, words of the year, ugly sweater photos, greetings, thank you messages, and much more. We also launched a dedicated Customertimes FM channel, MagiCTime Radio, to keep the festive vibes going.

International Chess Day

Our CTzens are united by diverse interests and hobbies, and chess is one of them! In July, we hosted a CT Chess Tournament to celebrate International Chess Day, bringing CTzens together for a friendly competition that fostered strategic thinking and cross-team connections.

UA Independence Day

On August 24th, Ukraine celebrated its Independence Day — a date made even more meaningful by the country's ongoing fight for freedom and sovereignty. To honor this day, we organized a special event that brought our Ukrainian CTzens together while raising funds for local charitable initiatives.

Our celebration included an online radio broadcast, Customertimes FM: Independence Edition, featuring Ukrainian music. CTzens could participate in quizzes, photo contests, and a charity auction, all while supporting charitable causes.

Halloween

This Halloween, we embraced the spirit of the spookiest day of the year! Across Customertimes locations, we hosted themed activities, including a Haunted Halloween Quiz, a photo contest to capture the festive vibes, and Halloween office decor with pizza gatherings. It was a fun and engaging way to connect and celebrate together.

At Customertimes, we believe in the power of diversity. With a team of 1300+ experts across 50+ countries, we know that inclusivity and equality spark our innovation and enrich the communities we work in worldwide.

In June, we celebrated Pride Month to honor and support the LGBTQIA+ community, reflecting our commitment to building a bright, inclusive, and respectful future for all.
