The fund is used to support our team’s volunteer efforts and local charities on the ground, providing assistance to Ukrainian defenders, children, and those in need.

Supporting volunteer’s initiatives
We believe in supporting those closest to us — our CTzens. That's why we backed our colleagues in their volunteer initiatives to aid Ukraine’s defenders. With our support, they facilitated the purchase of cars and essential clothing for those on the front lines. These efforts were made possible by the dedication and initiative of our team members.

Helping
each other
On Ukraine's Independence Day, during a special online radio broadcast, we, alongside our CTzens, successfully raised 11,100 UAH for charity. The funds were collected through quizzes and games, with the winners having the opportunity to select a foundation to receive the donation. We are proud to share that all the money raised was directed to support our team’s volunteer, Mykola, who has been raising funds for Ukrainian defenders.

Computers and furniture donated
In 2024, Customertimes has donated 77 laptops, 89 monitors, and office furniture worth more than 200,000 UAH to charity, benefiting the military, schools, hospitals, and scientific organizations in Ukraine.
The idea was to turn items that no longer serve us — computer and office equipment and merchandise — into aid for those who need it. We trusted our employees to choose the recipients of this assistance. We sent lists of items and encouraged colleagues to request donations. As a result, we received numerous responses mostly asking to help defenders — colleagues in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, relatives and friends in various military units.
There was also a significant request to donate furniture to medics in the “Main Military Clinical Hospital” in Kyiv.
Additionally, colleagues requested support for schools. Thanks to their efforts, Customertimes updated the monitors in the computer labs of three schools in the Kyiv region and donated furniture to Kyiv school #85.
Moreover, with the help of Anton Miliaev, Chief Delivery Officer and co-founder of CT, the company donated laptops, monitors, and furniture to the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
“We aim to bring benefit and are pleased to utilize every opportunity. If we can help others, we must. We are glad that our colleagues share our values and participate in charitable projects,” said Taras Khudoba, VP Engineering, EEU Cluster Head at Customertimes.
