Tennisforce

In September, Customertimes took part in the 3rd annual Salesforce Ecosystem Tennis Fundraiser, held near London, UK. Tennisforce united partners and Salesforce members in support of two charitable causes close to our hearts: supporting Ukraine and helping those affected by cancer. The raised funds were donated to Ukrainian Action and Velindre Cancer Centre.

“Salesforce is our biggest partner, and it's essential that we share the same values, especially in areas like charity and social responsibility. Salesforce sets a high standard for the entire ecosystem. That's why the idea of a charity tournament to support Ukraine during these difficult times really touched my heart. As a Ukrainian, I am truly grateful that we are not alone in our fight for freedom,” - shared Maksym Soloviov.

Donor’s Day with Yanina Sokolova’s Fund

As part of Good Deeds Month in Ukraine, we collaborated with Yanina Sokolova’s Fund to host the Red Brunch — a day dedicated to gathering donor blood. Thanks to 24 CTzens, we collected 12 liters of blood. This contribution has the potential to save the lives of up to 72 people.

All the collected blood was donated to meet the needs of Ukrainian military personnel at the Main Military Clinical Hospital in Kyiv.

Kosmotabir by Seeing with the Heart

In April, we launched the Charity Garage Sale aimed at turning our remaining CT-branded merchandise into a force for good and raising funds to support Kosmotabir - summer-inclusive camp in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We grouped the remaining items – backpacks, bags, hoodies, T-shirts etc. - into various packs and invited our CTzens in Eastern Europe to shop and donate. During the week-long sale, our CTzens purchased 49 branded items, raising $787. Customertimes doubled this amount, bringing our total donation to $1500 for Kosmotabir. These funds were used to purchase fuel for generators that enabled the operation of camp during electricity outages and covered part of transfer needs for kids.

“Your kindness enable us to change society’s attitude towards children with disabilities, help them acquire necessary socialization and communication skills, and support parents in believing in their children and children in themselves,” - shared Olesia Iaskevych, founder of Seeing with the Heart.

Secret Santa with Future of the Nation

Our CTzens had the joy of becoming Secret Santas for 36 children in Ukraine who were displaced by the war and whose parents are serving in the military. This heartwarming project, organized by the Future of the Nation Foundation, provided these children with support and holiday cheer.

Thanks to our team’s efforts, children received New Year’s gifts they had wished for, including roller skates, LEGO sets, clothes, and toys. We’re honored to contribute to such meaningful moments and grateful for the opportunity to

bring smiles.

Take Your Pet to Work Week and Four Paws

In June, we joined the celebration of Take Your Pet to Work Week, an initiative created by Pet Sitters International to promote the joy of pets in the workplace. Throughout the week, our CTzens showcased their best pet selfies, while Customertimes pledged to donate $10 to Four Paws, a global animal welfare organization, for each participant.

Thanks to our CTzens, we contributed $470 to support the vital work Four Paws does for animals around the world.

Supporting animal shelters

In 2024, our team continued a beloved annual tradition by visiting animal shelters in Podgorica, Montenegro, and Batumi, Georgia. During these visits, our CTzens donated over 400 kg of pet food, ensuring that our four-legged friends receive the nutrition and care they deserve.

Through these efforts, we aim to spread love and care, bringing comfort to animals in need and reinforcing our dedication to community support.

Commitment to sustainability

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize eco-friendly merchandise for corporate gifts. By selecting products made from recycled materials, sustainable resources, and environmentally conscious production methods, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint while promoting

responsible consumption.

Employer Brand and Communication Manager

Spending time with colleagues is always rewarding, but when we come together — online or offline — for something truly meaningful, it takes on a whole new level of significance. It’s more than just enjoying each other’s company — it’s about making the world around us a little bit better. It’s a pleasure to see that CTzens are united not only by work but also by a shared commitment to giving back.
